Emma Cline

Emma Cline (Sonoma, 1989) has a BA in Fine Arts and an MA in Creative Writing from Columbia University. She has worked as a reader for The New Yorker, where she has also published fiction texts, as well as in Tin House, The Paris Review and Granta magazines. The Girls, her first novel, was published in forty countries and won the Shirley Jackson Award; renowned producer Scott Rudin plans to adapt it to the big screen.
